Welcome to Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., commonly referred to “HAC Supply”. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, purchase of products, and any services provided by HAC Supply (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed with HAC Supply are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or errors in pricing or product information.
2. Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices for products and services are as listed on our website or provided in quotations and are subject to change without notice.
All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms: HAC Supply operates on Net 15 payment terms, meaning payment in full is due on the 15th of the following month.
Payments not received by the following 15th will be considered overdue and may be subject to late fees or interest charges as permitted by law.
3. Delivery and Shipping
We strive to fulfill orders promptly; however, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
4. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only with prior written approval from HAC Supply and must comply with our return policy.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds or credits will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.
5. Warranty
HAC Supply warrants that products will conform to specifications and be free from defects at the time of shipment.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAC Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to products or services shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of HAC Supply or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
