• Damaged item(s) must be returned and claim filed with distributor within 30 days of date of replacement- NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Replacement item(s) must be purchased through Heating and Air Conditioning Supply, Inc

• Warranty claim form must be completed in full

• Claims may be subject to Freight, Restocking, Pro-Ration fees as deemed appropriate by manufacturer

• Warranty credit, subject to manufacturer approval
